Quander Rubain is proud to announce that Stacey Rubain has been recently certified as a Board Specialist in State Criminal Law by the North Carolina Bar Board of Legal Specialization. Stacey is one of 127 lawyers state-wide to achieve this distinction.

The North Carolina State Bar certifies lawyers as specialists in designated practice areas as a service to the public.
